The second comes from western New York&#8217;s Southern Tier Brewing Company and is delicious in its own right. </p>

<p>The best part is how I talk about not talking about the finish, right after I talk about the finish. What I meant is that I do not refer to a finish as &#8220;lingering, crisp, sweet or dry&#8221;. I use language that you and I care about, not beerspeak that no one understands. </p>
